一个孩子是否受人欢迎不但要有好看的外表，更重要的是要有礼貌，要冬礼。老兵少将夏令营希望父母从以下几方面来培养孩子注重个人礼仪。

1、仪容仪表

教育孩子保持仪容仪表的整洁，要把脸、脖子、手都洗得干干净净；勤剪指甲勤洗头；早晚刷牙，饭后漱口，注意口腔卫生；经常洗澡，保证身体没有异味；衣着要干净、整洁、合体。

2、行为举止

目标就是“站如松，行如风，坐如钟，卧如弓”，主要从站、坐、行以及神态、动作方面提出要求。优美的站立姿态给人以挺拔、精神的感觉；身体直立、挺胸收腹、脚尖稍向外呈V字形。要避免无精打采、耸肩、塌腰，千万不能半躺半坐。走路要昂首挺胸，肩膀自然摆动，步速适中，防止八字脚、摇摇晃晃，或者扭捏碎步。

3、表情神态

教育孩子表现出对人的尊重、理解和善意。与人交往要面带自然微笑，千万不要出现随便剔牙、掏耳、挖鼻、搔痒、抠脚等不良习惯动作。

4、言谈措辞

要求孩子使用文明礼貌用语，如“您好、谢谢、请、对不起、没关系”等。要求孩子做到态度诚恳、亲切，使用文明语言，简洁得体，既不能沉默寡言，也不能啰嗦重复。

老兵少将夏令营指出父母向孩子强调文明礼貌的常识时，不要用教训、命令的口吻，而是要循循善诱、谆谆教导。同时，父母还要让孩子明白，人与人之间若出现互相挤撞，不要恶言恶语，要抱理解、宽容态度；要求孩子做到行为文明，如，和人见面时主动打招呼、和别人说话时专心、爱护公共环境、遵守交通规则等。
