    人一生最大的难题，也许就是如何才能真正认识自己。豆豆妈妈夏令营要从事一项工作，人们需要机会，需要种种条件，更需要被称之为“素质”的那些内在而恒稳的因素，而注意力的培养占有重要地位。幼儿养成较好的专注能力，对其终身的发展是受益不尽的。家长可以从以下几方面入手：
    首先，注意让孩子养成在某一段时间内做一件事的能力。豆豆妈妈夏令营如在看书时，让孩子看完一本再换一本；给玩具时也不要一下子放一大堆。干着这个，想着那个，容易形成注意力分散的坏习惯。
    其次，训练孩子善于“听”的能力，通过听的途径来培养孩子的注意力。如坚持每天给他讲故事，在讲之前向他提出要求，必须在听过若干遍之后，由他复述一遍，再讲给你听，并鼓励他在最短的时间内能复述完整。
    最后，豆豆妈妈夏令营在培养孩子注意力的过程中，必须循序渐进，不能急于求成。孩子越小越不容易集中精力，因此，在要求孩子集中注意力做某件事的时间上，要随其年龄渐大而逐步增加，开始可以要求5分钟或10分钟；要求幼儿集中注意力去做的事情的难度和数量亦应与时间要求相应。
