1985年全美ncaa大学联赛aztec队年度最佳球员

1987年休斯顿火箭队夏季联赛球员

1993年费城七六人队夏季联赛球员

1996年开始从事青少年篮球训练计划，并是全美big man &tall girl篮球养成计划教练组成员

2004-2005年间，受聘于nike 1对1篮球体能训练发展营，所执教的球员获得了当年nike battle groud联赛的冠军

2006，2009年加入牙买加国家队并带领牙买加国家队获得了加勒比海地区的冠军

现在我专注于青少年篮球运动员的培养以及篮球体能训练方面
