还记得周末我们第一次团队建设的鸟巢之旅，呵呵，感觉很幸运能和大家一起工作。我们作为一个团队，其中的每个人都发挥重要的作用呢。首先，自己要看重自己。这不是自大，而是负起责任。重视自己与集体才是我们做好工作的前提！其次，即使自己不能在团队中发挥重大作用，也不要做团队中的
black sheep. 不能做发挥热量的话，也不要散发寒气。
last but not least, communication!communication!!与其他队员的沟通，与上司的沟通都是我们都是做好工作的保证。
能成为这个团队的一员是难得的经历，东国经常说成长比成功更重要，这次游学营的经历就是我们成长的机会，作为还是大学生的我们，这就是一次角色转变，自己还是学生不是借口了，我们是要把自己的事情、大家的事情做好的游学老师呢。
下面是我在看opra show的时候记下的话，我管它们叫做beautiful words by opra. "i never did it for the money. i was always doing it to prove myself, to grow myself and to see how far i could be stretched." 不是功利地做事情，只是听从自己的心的声音~~
"i get in the elevator. i go downstairs. i think about what that is. i think it is a privilege to have all this as your work, that is to say, that you can use your voice. and that voice isn't just what comes out of your mouth, but it is what comes from the interial of your soul, to speak to people in the way that allows them to see the best of themselvs. and for that i'm really eternally grateful...."她能说出这段话，因为她热爱她的工作并为之努力着，做自己喜欢的事并为之奋斗，这也是我们游学营老师应该记住的。
"authenic power: if you are not sure what you believe, look around you. if you belive that this world is anger, and cruel, and bitter, you'll be that way. so look the people that're arond you. are they jealous? are they angry? that is a reflection of your orientation toward your world. is your life filled with love, caring, passionate people? and that is a reflection of your orientation. and that will not change the orientation until you change!!!"
所以世界没变，是你自己在变。改变自己，就是改变世界！！！
