     国际上汇率经常起伏不定，有时一天之内就一波三折，所以当我们到一个国家游学的时候，华通海外游学认为必须提前了解清楚当地的货币基本常识。

    任何一位既非公民又非定居者的人，要把一笔美金带入或汇入美国支付学习费用的话，美国政府并不限制这类钱款的数额，但是，如果转发（进出美国国境）的数额（现款或金融票据）达到或超过10，000美金，美国政府确实要求有关人（不论是公民、还是非公民）申报此事。有关这类事宜，可与美国驻本国国家的使馆的有关人员商讨。
    开立银行帐户抵达美国后，最优先要做的事中有一项是在住处附近的一家银行里开立一个银行帐户（bankaccount）。任何国际银行都不可能在美国所有地方都设有代理机构，但是，只要是有关银行转拨款项的事，银行肯定能出主意。抵达校园后，如果找不到人在财务方面提供帮助，而独自行事又不诸多不便，这时可以找外国学生咨询顾问帮忙。
    附：美国的货币体制美金使用十进位制，交易的基本单元是美元（dollar）＄。1美元为100美分（cent）？？＄1．00＝100cents＝100C。
    华通国际夏令营提示：尽管“1美元”（dollar）和“半美元”（half-dollar）两种硬币确实存在，但在日常流通领域十分罕见。常见而常用的是“25美分（quarter）、“10美分”（dime）、“5美分”（niskel）和“1美分”（penny）四种硬币。
    美国所有面额的纸币大小都一样，都呈同一绿色，设计也都类似，所以，点钞票的时候务必小心谨慎，不要把不同面额的钞票混同，从而出现错误，比如把一张10美元面额的钞票误认为是1美元。
