北师大暑期夏令营介绍，听到孩子抱怨他人的时候，要教孩子换个角度想一想这个人是否是出子无奈，或者是一时不小心，帮孩子找一个原谅别人的理由，这样有利于开拓孩子的胸怀。

    北师大暑期夏令营介绍，如果父母引导孩子从小学会发现别人的优点，多赞美别人，会让孩子未来的空间更广阔，有更多的朋友和合作的伙伴。
    父母可以从以下四个方面入手：
    1.在孩子的面前尽量坦诚地说出自己的优点和缺点，然后告诉孩子在自己的周围有谁的优点正好是我的缺点，应该多向他请教才好。也可以让孩子监督自己，久而久之孩子也会用相同的方式对待别人和自己的优缺点。
    2.在听到孩子抱怨他人的时候，要教孩子换个角度想一想这个人是否是出子无奈，或者是一时不小心，帮孩子找一个原谅别人的理由，这样有利于开拓孩子的胸怀。
    3.在生活中父母经常赞美孩子、赞美周围的人，潜移默化中孩子也就学会真诚地赞美别人了。当然教会孩子批评别人的方法也很重要，这首先要求父母也不要用过激的方法批评孩子。
    4.尽量不要在第三者面前公开批评孩子，即使谈到别人的缺点也要用“三明治”式的批评，即把小批评夹在两大赞美中间。
