     每个人都有着无限的潜能，对于青少年来说更是如此。还在成长中的青少年们自身都有着成为天才人物的潜能，只要好好的开发并激发出自己的潜能就能够更好的学习和生活，发展自己的心理和身体素质。世界上的每个人都有着自己的长处，只要在合适的位置做自己擅长的事情必定会有所成就。了解孩子们的兴趣爱好和水平能力对于寻找孩子的合适位置有着很大的帮助和积极的促进作用。

    暑假夏令营认为，只有做到了解孩子才能够真正的对孩子进行教育，这样的教育才有效果。在这种夏令营活动中，组织者们运用最先进的检测设备对每个孩子的思维模式和处事风格进行检测，并通过检测设备来测定孩子们的听觉、视觉等的强弱情况，可以了解孩子们的心理个性，沟通模式等等非常具体化的系数。通过这些具化的系数来为孩子们安排具有个人特色的极具针对性的个人综合素质提升方案。
