一、北师大豆豆妈妈夏令营提出给孩子营造一个舒适安静的学习环境。孩子的书桌上不应摆放其它物品，以免分散孩子的注意力；书桌前方除了张贴学习有关的地图、公式、拼音表格外，不要贴其它东西，女孩的书桌上我们是不建议放镜子的；不要让孩子看电视的时候做作业。

二、让孩子必须在规定时间内完成自己的作业。学能夏令营指出有些父母因为孩子的注意力不集中就在孩子身边“站岗”，这不是一个较为好的办法，长期下去会使孩子产生依赖心理。应给孩子一个合理的时间，让孩子在规定的时间内完成。同时，父母应该了解，注意力持续时间的长短与孩子年龄有关：5～10岁孩子是20分钟，10～12岁孩子是25分钟，12岁以上孩子是30分钟。因此，如果想让8岁的孩子持续60分钟做作业是不科学的。

三、对孩子讲话不要过多重复。有的父母对孩子不放心，一件事要反复讲几遍，这样孩子就习惯于一件事要反复听好几遍才能弄清。当老师只讲一遍时，他似乎没听见或没听清，这样听课常使得孩子不能很好地理解老师的讲课内容，也就谈不上取得好的学习效果。
