北师大豆豆妈妈夏令营分析到有的时候家长也是要保持童心的，如果没有家长的一颗童心，总是高高在上，就很难成为孩子知心朋友，从而也就谈不上所谓的真正的沟通。这就要求我们作为家长和孩子在进行谈话时，要以孩子的心态去和他们进行交流。孩子游戏时，可以和他一起，一起比赛，使孩子觉得你是他真正的伙伴，沟通自然会水到渠成。

家长要有耐心。有些家长过于急躁，常常是“恨铁不成钢”“哪壶不开提哪壶”，幻想着通过一两次聊天，就能和孩子成为知心朋友。家长与孩子之间的年龄、心理和思想感情等各方面都存在着巨大差异，理解需要一个过程。如果过于急躁，沟通就会成为泡影。幼儿的气质类型通常可以分为三种：容易型、困难型和迟缓型。学能夏令营认为容易型的儿童比较容易沟通，而困难型和迟缓型的儿童，由于情绪比较消极，很难对环境和父母及老师感到满意。家长如果失去耐心甚至情绪激动，埋怨、责怪甚至惩罚孩子，就会使孩子变得不耐烦，由此产生困惑、胆怯、逃避等不良心理，甚至产生敌意，亲子关系就有可能长期不和谐。
