    在夏令营的游学项目中，某些与国外学生同堂体验的课程有截止日期，凡是要参与到课堂中去的游学生们，都需要提前报名，让国外学校提前确定上课学生名单。
    再次是由于各游学项目团队人数有限，所以，凡是名额报满，报名就要截止了。弗格留学专家提醒，游学申请要尽早，尤其是那些较受欢迎的团，越早报名越好，最保险的做法就是提前半年报名。
    护照办理过后就是签证的办理。签证办理需要提前预约，尤其是申请前往美国或英国的学生，因为前者需要面签，后者需要录指纹，所以需要学生亲自到场，也涉及到学生需要提前与所在学校请假的问题。而且，使领馆每天的签证办理数量有限，很少有当天预约当天就能办签证的情况。美国与英国的签证的预约等待期基本在两周，但由于申请美国签证的人在近年激增，所以签证办理会有偶尔超时现象。相对美国与英国，欧洲国家的签证通过率高一些，时间也快一些，但欧洲一些国家的签证申请材料经常变动，所以也需要学生及时咨询本年所需材料是什么，然后提前准备。
