　　针对国内院校非常优秀的应届本科毕业生，可以凭借自身优秀的学习成绩和研究实力，同时在取得澳洲大学工程类研究生录取通知书之后，根据要求，向国家留学基金委申请免学费或者学费资助的机会。
　　针对申请国家公费出国留学或者所在单位支持留学条件不足的个人，可以经过直接申请国外院校，同时根据所申请院校颁布的国际学生奖学金政策，提交全面的评审材料申请国外院校提供的奖学金。
　　若个人在自己专业领域内有独特的创新或者发明创造，并拥有知识产权，那么可以通过国家或者一些企业集团，利用自己的优势申请获得奖学金。
