　　一、学生的英语水平

　　一般针对去美国读中学的学生都有一定的英语水平要求，如果太差，在美国上学听不明白老师讲课，跟不上学习进度，生活上也会碰到一些困难，因此，如果签证官感觉学生的英语水平不足以应付在美国的生活、学习，拒签就在所难免了。

　　二、学生的住宿情况

　　因为学生的年龄小一些，不能够单独居住，必须住到寄宿学校、寄宿家庭或者亲属家里，这些都要和美国高中留学签证官讲清楚。没有明确、合法的监护人，就不能得到签证。

　　三、是否具备充足的资金证明

　　因为在美国读中学很少能取得奖学金，而且学生年纪小，一般很难通过校园工作获得收入，因此足够的资金是中学生签证的一个难题。资金的来源不仅要充足，而且要合理，资金的提供人应该和学生有密切的关系并愿意提供资金。申请美国高中签证时，学生不仅要能够清楚地说明资金来源，同时携带的资金证明也要完整有效。
