    学员进入学大辅导是在初一下学期，期中考试成绩60多分。学生家长没有给学生太大的压力，到是学生自己已出现放弃学习数学，认为自己不适合学数学的想法；经过课前介绍和第一次课的反映，学生性格文静，独立，很少与人交流。喜欢文科，比较偏科。学习自觉性较高，老师布置的任务能按时完成，虽然对数学兴趣不高，得过且多，但是不抵制。其次作业习惯较好，书写规范整洁。
    学大教育夏令营通过对学生的基本情况分析，学员数学学习成绩提不上去的主要原因首先是由于不懂得归纳；在学校虽然有认真听讲，可学生却“身入其中，不辨全貌”，永远在低头苦学，从没有抬头看看，把已掌握的东西分类，归纳。同类的知识联系不到一起，知识的应用很容易出现混乱。其次是分析问题的能力，尤其体现在综合性题目，涉及知识点较多时完全不知从何入手。
    通过一年的辅导，学生的数学成绩都有了很大的进步，特别是在初二上学期期中考中取得满分。学生现在对老师的讲解很有兴趣，养成了主动积极思考的好习惯。
