    不妨在生活中给孩子设置一些挫折和障碍，对孩子进行挫折教育，让孩子自己适当的打扫卫生、洗碗、打扫房间。如果孩子不情愿做这些事情，家长可以适当给孩子一些物质奖励，从而调动孩子行动的积极性。让孩子在生活的过程中体会做家务的不易，体会父母的辛苦，培养孩子的吃苦耐劳精神。
