    《老兵少将训练营》隶属于北京成长新思路教育中心，是面向社会，以满足青少年课外素质教育、企业团队建设需求为指向的品牌培训机构,是专业从事教官外派（驻训）、学生军训、企业培训、军事夏（冬）令营、拓展训练、户外活动策划与实施等培训项目。
    训练营拥有一批资深的专业教学骨干，整合当下培训行业优势力量，突出解放军部队文化内涵，采用实地体验式训练、教官分享引导等主要培训手段，目的在于将“军魂”意识植入受训人员，全面塑造军人荣誉感、过硬的品质、钢铁的意志、雷厉风行的作风、博大胸怀、开明而不失严谨的思想，为企业团队建设和青少年课外素质教育提供专业、正规的军事化体验式培训。
    目前，训练营在北京、大连旅顺、山西运城、呼和浩特均设有分支机构。10年来，中心一直秉承专业、正规、科学的服务理念，在立足北京本地服务的同时，目前，已为全国超过三百家单位近20万人次提供过培训服务。专业、正规、科学的服务赢得了广大参训学员和单位的高度好评，现已成为首都军事化培训服务的重要力量之一。
