看似简单的团队组建却蕴含着很多东西，

孩子们的沟通能力、适应能力、学习能力、

创造力都得以展现，

从积极的参与着在小团队中更容易的到认可，

适应能力也较强。

简单的活动映射出孩子们对“个人”与“团队”的认识，

思考个人与团队之间的关系。

孩子虽然没有深刻的反思，

在分享中大多也是抱怨队友不配合。

但这恰恰是好事情，

看到了孩子们身上折射家庭教育折射的影子。

体验式教育的魅力在于“尊重孩子，做中学。”

可是我们的素质教育渐行渐远，

孩子们在短

暂的快乐和体验中能收获多少？

至少在短暂的时间里，让他们感受到什么叫团队，

什么叫协作，什么叫责任。
